Unicox Amprolium

Amprolium HCL is a thiamine antagonist and due to its close structural similarity it blocks thethiamine receptors. This blockage of receptors prevents coccidia from utilizing thiamine and asresult thiamine is unavailable to coccidian.UNICOX AMPROLIUM is indicated for coccidiosis caused by coccidia susceptible to amprolium(Eimeria spp.), or gastro-intestinal infections for which it is therapeutically or prophylacticallyindicated to administer amprolium, in calves, goats, sheep, and poultry.
